DSM Agro becomes OCI AGRO

On May 31, 2010, DSM Agro and DSM Melamine were sold to ORASCOM Construction Industries. Together they make up the new company OCI NITROGEN, which has its head office in Geleen, the Netherlands. The new trade  name given to DSM Agro's activities is OCI AGRO, while DSM Melamine becomes OCI MELAMINE.
